Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Log in to your Clarks UAE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original shoe box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
